Delcious and flaky this crabmeat is handpicked daily just up the coast from our oyster farm. Great in a sandwich, on salads, or on avocado toast! A fun first course that I learned to do in France is to put a few spoonfuls of crab in the hole left in a pitted-half of an avocado. Drizzle a bit of lemony salad dressing on it, and you're ready to go!
